Meet Scott McKinley.

Scott McKinley is a certified Law of Attraction practitioner and Habit Finder coach who has been helping professionals and individuals achieve their goals since 2007. 

With a passion for public speaking and a unique approach that blends humor and real-life experiences, Scott has become a go-to coach for those looking to improve their habits and reach new heights of success. 


As a father and Pearl Jam enthusiast, Scott is relatable and effective, using his coaching skills to help his clients achieve their dreams. In addition to his work as a coach, Scott is also an avid public speaker, using his skills to inspire and motivate audiences around the world. Scott understands the challenges his clients face because he too has experienced the coaching process. Prior to becoming a coach himself, Scott was a client of 2 Evolve Coaching, where he worked with Joe Rangel to overcome his own challenges and achieve his goals. This firsthand experience has given Scott a unique perspective on the coaching process and allows him to empathize with his clients as they work towards their own personal growth and success. Meet Joe Rangel.


Joe is a loving husband and father of eight and grandfather of five! He spent years as the Director of Operations for the Og Mandino Group, where he was one of two in house master coaches. During that time he learned to implement Og Mandinos’ principles coupled with the findings of Dr. Robert S. Hartman and the science of Axiology.


He has personally worked with thousands of business owners, entrepreneurs and direct selling professionals over the last 15 years – helping them get mentally and emotionally stronger through proactive mentoring. 


After working through his own struggles with loss and depression, relationship, addiction, weight issues, and home-work imbalances he has masterfully learned to utilize a system of fast action tools and strategies that get people out of their ruts and on to greater success. 


Ultimately, he is a deeply caring individual, whose life purpose is to help people achieve a more peaceful, passionate and successful life through the understanding and mastering of their thoughts and habits.
